You are my first “read”, when my GOOD GUYS gazzette arrives. My youngest daughter lived in Denver and the name of the streets “;ring a bell”;. My good friend Warren Longwell just left here and has mentioned you several times, with great admiration. The only thing Warren has steered me wrong on is he has created an interest in the salt flats on me, i,e, with his encouragement I purchased a chopped top 53 Stude last spring.Drive’em, and as the entrance to the dirt modified nationals in Boone Iowa reads, WHINNERS GO HOME!
hello roger, thanks for the editorel’s in good guys mag. they remind me of my youth here in columbus terrising the steets in my 58 poncho, cant wait to get the books thanks a bunch…jim
Hi Roger Another person directed to your site and books via the HAMB. I enjoyed reading the introduction on your site and am sure that I will enjoy reading your books more.Keep it up!RegardsCam
Just read Accidents & Incidents and am starting on Fast Cars, Four Speeds and Fistfights. I really enjoy all the stories, they remind me of some of the shenanigans of my older brother pulled in the mid sixties. Keep up the good work and I’ll be looking forward to more of these great stories. They remind me of when I was a kid and my older brother was my hero. Yours Truly, Stan Majer
I was reading “BUSTER” in the GOODGUYS magazine so I followed to your site to order your 4 book special. My hobby car that I drive today is a 1957 Chevrolet, 2DR. 210 Post Sedan. We write insurance on the type of cars we grew up with so cars of the 50s, 60s, 70s, etc. are a big part of our lives today, it’s just they cost a little more than the $75.00 we used to pay for them in the 60s!!

Makes me wish I was 15 back then, and not 15 now.
Dabbling in old cars after a 40 year hiatus. Just retired and trying to figure out what I want to do when I grow up.
